Posted September 28, 2018 07:25:24 When I first heard about Dorado Puerto Rico, I thought it was some kind of a joke, like, I know, the most popular dish in Puerto Rico.
But then I got the recipe and I was like, Wait, what the hell is that?!
Then I tried it and it was so good!
It was delicious.
Dorado is a crispy rice made from ground pinto beans, ground pork, onions, garlic, chili powder, paprika, lime juice and sugar.
I can’t say enough good things about it.
I could eat this all day.
It’s a healthy and filling meal that’s perfect for the busy weeknight.
Doradoes are great for a weeknight dinner or anytime, just throw them in the rice cooker and make something delicious to go with your favorite food.
I made Dorado in the crock pot, but I found that the slow cooker works even better.
If you want to make it ahead of time, make sure you can cook it in the slow cooker too.
It makes it that much easier to get dinner done while you’re away on vacation.
The best part about this recipe?
It’s so easy!
This is one of the easiest and easiest recipes I’ve ever made.
It will be so easy to make again, and I promise you’ll love it.
Here are the ingredients for Dorado.
