The U.S. territory of Puerto Rico is recovering from Hurricane Maria, and many residents are still without power.
has also asked for help from the U.N. to help with relief efforts.
Now, one of the biggest questions is whether the U,A,A Puerto Rico-based company will receive its help.
“I am hopeful that we can get the support,” Ricardo Strong, who heads Puerto Rico, told Recode.
“We’re not asking for money, we’re not begging, we are just asking for help.”
Puerto Rico has requested $8 billion in assistance from the United States and the U.-Puerto Rico Economic Cooperation Commission.
Puerto Rico will get the money starting this week, but that money will come from the federal government and the Puerto Rico Economic Development Corporation (PDEC), which is in charge of providing infrastructure assistance.
The government of Puerto Ricans needs to have the resources to do this.
“If we don’t have the money we’re asking for, we can’t help,” Strong said.
“It’s just a matter of the infrastructure.
We have no infrastructure.
It’s the island that’s been in the hole for 20 years.”
The federal government has been on standby for some time.
The United States had initially set aside $10 billion to help Puerto Rico.
But the Puerto Rican government has said the funds will only go towards helping people affected by Maria.
A source familiar with the matter told Recoome that the money is set aside in a separate account that will only be used for disaster relief.
“That’s not the right way to use that money,” said the source.
“The money is only being used for rebuilding and recovery.”
The government has also said it will give money to private organizations to help the Puerto Rican population recover from Maria, but it is unclear what these groups will be doing with the money.
A spokesperson for the Puerto National Assembly, which controls the territory, said in a statement that the agency has been asked by the federal Department of Homeland Security to provide financial assistance.
“As soon as we receive this request, we will make the decision on what we will do,” the spokesperson said.
Maria has killed more than 30,000 people, according to the United Nations.
Many of the residents in Puerto Rico were displaced by Hurricane Maria and were unable to return to their homes.
Puerto Rican President Ricardo Rosselló has called on the United Kingdom to pay the islanders for its assistance.
Puerto Ricos are one of Puerto Rican countries hardest hit by the devastation of Hurricane Maria.
Residents of Puerto Rican, Puerto Rico have also been without power since Hurricane Maria hit, and are still reeling from the devastation.
“There’s still no power, and people are living without food, without water,” Maria survivor Juan Torres said.
Many residents have been forced to flee the island.
